Terms & Conditions

The terms that govern your use of this website.

Before you publish this page: this is a standard-form legal template, not legal advice. Have it reviewed and finalised by a qualified lawyer familiar with Indian lending and consumer-protection law before using it on a live website.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or submit any application through it.

2. Who can use this website

This website is intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. By using this site, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Nature of the information provided

Interest rates, loan amounts, tenures, processing fees and other figures shown on this website — including in the EMI calculator, the basic eligibility check, and the loan-type pages — are indicative and for illustration only. They do not constitute a loan offer, a pre-approval, or a guarantee of approval. Your actual eligibility, interest rate and loan terms are determined only after formal application, document verification and credit assessment.

4. No CIBIL / credit bureau check

The "Basic eligibility check" on this website is a simple, rules-based tool using only the information you type in (age, income, employment type, existing EMI obligations). It does not access CIBIL, Experian, Equifax, CRIF High Mark or any other credit information company, and its result is not your credit score. It does not guarantee, and should not be read as guaranteeing, loan approval.

5. Applying for a loan

Submitting an application through this website does not create a binding loan agreement. A loan agreement comes into existence only when the lender issues a formal sanction letter / Key Fact Statement (KFS) and you accept its terms in writing. The lender may accept, decline, or offer terms different from those illustrated on this site, based on its own credit policy.

6. Fees

There is no fee to browse this website, view rates, use the EMI calculator, or run the basic eligibility check. Any processing fee applicable to an actual loan is disclosed in the Key Fact Statement and is ordinarily deducted from the disbursed loan amount, not collected as a separate upfront payment. Report any request for an upfront "unlocking" or "guarantee" fee — see our RBI Guidelines & Grievance Redressal page.

7. Your responsibilities

8. Intellectual property

All text, graphics, logos and design elements on this website belong to Dhanvarsha Capital or its licensors, unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce or redistribute this content for commercial purposes without written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dhanvarsha Capital is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this website, including reliance on any indicative figure shown by the EMI calculator or eligibility tool. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law.

10. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. The "last edited" date at the top of this page will be updated whenever a material change is made. Continued use of the website after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at [add your registered city/jurisdiction].

12. Contact
